N Video Player is a local video player application that allows you to play video files stored on your mobile device or accessed from local network shares. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
The App itself, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the "Content"), and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You retain all intellectual property rights to the video files you play using the App. We claim no ownership over any user-provided content.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WAN JI INVESTMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party related to the App;
(iii) any content obtained from the App; and
(iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAN JI INVESTMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. and its licensees and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the App, by you or any person using your device; or b) a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
