Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, as well as all applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play’s Developer Program Policies. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and any other parties who access or use the App.

Visora Player is a local video player application that enables you to play video files stored on your mobile device or accessed from authorized local network shares.The App is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use of the App—including but not limited to reselling, licensing, or using the App to provide paid video playback services—requires our prior written consent.
The App itself, including its source code, databases, functionality, software, interface designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, and all related content (the "Service Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"), are owned or licensed by us. All Service Content and Marks are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws globally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms
You retain all legal rights, title, and interest in and to the video files and other media content you play using the App ("User Content"). We claim no ownership, control, or interest in any User Content. Our only right with respect to User Content is the limited permission to process and display such content locally on your device to enable the App’s core playback functionality.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You shall not use the App in any way that infringes the rights of third parties, restricts, or inhibits others’ use and enjoyment of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or compatible with all video file formats, device models, or Android OS versions.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements or that any errors in the App will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WAN JI INVESTMENT GROUP PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
(i) Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App;
(ii) Any conduct or content of any third party related to the App;
(iii) Any User Content uploaded, stored, or played using the App;
(iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
(v) Any technical malfunctions, errors, or delays associated with the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App exceed the amount of SGD 10 (Singapore Dollars) or the equivalent in your local currency, or the total amount you paid to us for the App (if any), whichever is lower.
This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WAN JI INVESTMENT GROUP PTE. LTD., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
a) Your use of or access to the App;
b) Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
c) Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy rights;
d) Any User Content you upload, store, or play using the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and may also post a prominent notice within the App, as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.
Your continued access to or use of the App after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for updates.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, violation of Google Play policies, or engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities using the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, and limitation of liability provisions) shall continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the App shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between you and us. If no resolution is reached within 30 days of the initiation of negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
